One Brave Attorney To Fight For The Children Wanted

My sons are looking for an attorney to represent them in a case for the violation of their right to a child-parent relationship with their mother.

They may be able to get around judicial immunity and there may be parties involved who have no immunity.

The court's record in my family law case was severely altered. There is plenty of circumstantial evidence to believe minor's counsel Ken Sherman and Commissioner Alan Friedenthal shared bribe money in the case, in order to throw the case in an insane direction. My two children suffered grave and irreparable damage at the hands of the court. It is imperative that we use every legal remedy to return justice to the United States of America. Here is where I beg for funds: Please donate any amount to go directly to my two sons whose lives were torn apart by the court. You can paypal to Thank you for helping them recover from court abuse.

Keep us updated with that, i bet there are thousands of kids that are older now and wonder why they couldn’t see their other parent and later find out its the courts fault. Fight it!

I’d love to get Gloria Alred into it. I just don’t want to pay her intake fee.

I got one nibble from an attorney off AVVO. For those of you just starting in the hell of LASC family lawlessness, check out that site.

I think if we all organize a bunch of like cases, maybe she might take it… kids that are 18 plus now and have had their right to a parent minimized or taken away without just cause. I’m sure there a lot of those kids that are adults now.

I have contacted attorneys about a class action, thinking like you. The consensus is that the incidents need to be so similar in nature, that class action is usually used for widgets or simple financial transactions, not civil right or personal injury cases.

Because my (and my children’s) case is well documented and the judicial officer was cited as showing bias, and many of the errors were administrative, rather than judicial, it might be the easiest case to prove. Hopefully, it will open the door to other victims seeking justice.

Please do it, share it with EVERYONE, so we can all get on board!
